Robert Vetter

Robert Vetter
Hearing Aid Specialist

Robert Vetter was raised in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He studied Engineering at the University of Wisconsin . In 1984 he married his high school sweetheart, Kris, and in 1985 they moved to Florida where Robert began a 22 year career in Funeral & cemetery services starting with Lemon Bay Funeral Home of Englewood in the late 1980's. The corporate climb took the Vetters to various locations across the United States. As Kris likes to put it "after 22 years of climbing the corporate ladder, the ladder was leaning on the wrong wall."

They have always had a place in Englewood and made the decision to move back a few years ago. A very dear friend suggested Robert look into Hearing Health Care. It was love at first experience. Robert went into "big box" hearing aid sales and quickly realized there is a big difference between just selling hearing aids and hearing health care. 2015 brought the opportunity to join Advanced Hearing Solutions and he is proud to serve Englewood with Dr. Crosby and the wonderful staff in providing the best experience. Robert earned his National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He and Kris have three children and four grandchildren, Robert looks forward to what the future may bring.

Renee Giordano

Renee Giordano
Audiology Assistant

Renee Giordano has been with this clinic and its predecessor for 15 years and became a Licensed Audiologist Assistant back in 2007 allowing her to work directly with patients and to work hand in hand with Dr. Crosby & now Dr. Draper.

Renee also has an associate’s degree in Business Administration which will be put to more use now that she is also the Office Manager. This will help Dr. Crosby with the day to day flow of the office especially when she is out of the office working on her other projects and humanitarian trips. Renee will also be working directly with Dr. Crosby to help support our new local hearing foundation. She is excited to be able to help give the gift of hearing to those who may not be fortunate enough to obtain assistance on their own.

Jill Doot

Jill Doot
Audiology Assistant

Audiologist Assistant, Jill Doot, is originally from Northern Ohio where she received an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science.  She has been a local Englewood resident since 1984 where she worked in the computer field.  After her twins graduated from Lemon Bay High School, she decided it was time for a career change.  Jill joined our staff in November 2018 after experiencing six years in the hearing care field. Seeing the joy on the faces of people when they hear sounds for the first time encouraged her to become an Audiologist Assistant.  If not spending time with her two grandsons, as an avid kayaker you usually can find her somewhere paddling and fishing in our local waters. (Don't ask for her secret spots because she'll never tell)
